To apply for any of our properties currently listed for rent, please follow the below instructions:

  1. Set up and complete a tour of the home to make sure it meets your criteria. Visit our “find a home” page, click the “enter property yourself” button and follow the instructions on the screen. Applications will not be processed if a tour has not been completed.
  2. Complete a separate rental application for each adult occupant. Allow 1-3 business days to process your application, if any additional documentation is needed you may receive a call with instructions on how to submit. Once we receive your background and credit checks we will contact you by phone.
  3. If your application is approved you’ll pay a holding deposit equal to one month’s rent to remove the home from the rental market until an agreed-upon move in date. The holding deposit will be applied to move-in costs but is otherwise non-refundable. Deposit must be provided in the form of a cashier’s check or money order(s), no exceptions.
  4. Pay first month’s rent at time of lease signing in the form of a cashier’s check or money order(s). Appointments for lease signings are available M-F and must be scheduled two days in advance. Leases are signed in our office and the move-in appointment takes 30-45 minutes – all adult occupants must be present.
  5.  Unless otherwise specified the home you are applying for will be rented in as-is condition with the exception of maintenance items as defined in the Arizona Residential Landlord Tenant Act.

We do not advertise on Craigslist or Facebook. If you’ve been in contact with anyone who wants you to wire money or they say they will send you a lease later, it’s a scam.
